Our Programmes
Three Programmes, One Clear Purpose
Each Bequesta programme is designed to address a specific aspect of estate organisation — from understanding what matters, to putting it in order, to preparing a business for the future.

Our Educational Approach
Every Bequesta programme follows the same core principle: present information in plain language, give participants the tools to act on it independently, and never steer them toward a particular course of action.
We design sessions to be compact and focused. The Orientation is a half-day; the Cataloguing Workshop fills a full day; and the Family-Business programme spans two half-days separated by a week's reflection period. None of these involve ongoing commitments or follow-on access fees.
Programme Sequence
Half-day seminar · ฿3,740 · Individual or couple
Full day · ฿7,140 · Individual or couple
Two half-days · ฿11,560 · Family business team
Each programme stands alone. The sequence is a guide, not a requirement.
Programme 1
Estate-Organisation Orientation
A plain-language seminar explaining how families generally organise personal and household records, and what categories of paperwork commonly matter. Purely educational, with no individual advice provided. Participants leave with a take-home organisation checklist that can be applied to their own household immediately.
What this programme covers:
- Common categories of personal and household documents
- How families generally structure their records over time
- What paperwork is commonly needed in different circumstances
- Introduction to physical and digital storage considerations
- Take-home organisation checklist

Programme 2
Records & Document Cataloguing Workshop
A practical, administrative session on listing, labelling, and safely storing important family records and heirloom information. Focused entirely on organisation and record-keeping — not on legal decisions or financial planning. Participants receive reusable inventory templates they can adapt to their own household records.
What this programme covers:
- Creating a structured inventory of household documents
- Labelling conventions that are clear and consistent over time
- Safe physical and digital storage practices
- Managing heirloom records and sentimental items
- Reusable inventory templates (printed and digital)

Programme 3
B2B ProgrammeFamily-Business Continuity Information Programme
A B2B educational programme that helps family-run companies discuss continuity and succession of roles and processes in a structured, communicative way. This programme covers planning conversations and process frameworks only — not individual entitlement matters. Participants receive comprehensive facilitation materials to continue structured discussions independently after the programme ends.
What this programme covers:
- How family businesses commonly document roles and processes
- Frameworks for structured continuity conversations
- Identifying and recording institutional knowledge
- Communication approaches for sensitive family-business topics
- Facilitation guide and discussion template pack
Two-session structure:
Foundations: roles, processes, and organisational knowledge. Half-day at Bequesta or your premises.
Structured conversations: applying the frameworks, Q&A, and distribution of facilitation materials.

Across All Programmes
Standards That Apply to Every Session
Participant Privacy
Personal information shared during a session stays within the room. We do not use session participation for marketing and do not pass contact details to third parties.
Content Accuracy
All programme content is reviewed before each cohort. Where general information might not apply to an individual's situation, facilitators say so clearly.
Neutral Facilitation
Facilitators answer factual questions. They do not recommend what participants should do with their records or family situation. That decision remains entirely the participant's own.
No Follow-On Obligation
The programme fee covers the session and materials. There are no subscription access fees, renewal charges, or recommended follow-on services from Bequesta.
Plain Language Commitment
Every programme is tested against a plain-language standard before delivery. Technical terms are explained when they first appear, and a glossary is included in every materials pack.
Direct Support Access
Pre- and post-session questions reach a member of the team directly. We do not use automated ticketing systems for participant communications.
