Core Advantages

What Makes Bequesta Different

Six things that shape every programme we deliver — and why participants in Bangkok keep coming back for the family-business session after completing the individual ones.

Curriculum Built Around Real Families

Our content was developed from interviews with Bangkok families about the document situations they actually encounter — not adapted from generic international templates.

Facilitators Who Answer, Not Advise

Our team is trained to give informational answers to factual questions. If a question calls for professional advice, we say so — and we point participants toward the right kind of help.

Materials You Can Use Independently

Every programme includes templates, checklists, or guides designed for independent use — so the value of attending does not depend on any further engagement with Bequesta.

Paced for Thoughtful Decisions

We structure sessions to allow reflection time, and the family-business programme is deliberately split across two sessions to give participants space to think between them.

No Follow-On Sales Agenda

After your session, your contact details are not passed to partner firms or used for marketing communications. What you receive is the programme — nothing more, unless you specifically request it.

Relevant to Bangkok Households

Content addresses the record-keeping landscape in Thailand — including mixed-nationality households, Thai-language documentation, and common family business structures in the Bangkok market.

In Depth

A Closer Look at Each Advantage

Expertise Rooted in Administrative Practice

Bequesta's content is developed by people who have spent years working with real records in institutional and household contexts. When we describe how documents are typically categorised or stored, we draw on that direct experience — not theoretical frameworks. Sessions are reviewed regularly to reflect current administrative norms in Thailand.

A Logical Programme Sequence

The three programmes are designed to work together. A family might begin with the Orientation to understand what records matter, move on to the Cataloguing Workshop to put them in order, and then — if they run a family business — join the Continuity Information Programme to address the business side. Each programme also stands alone for those with a specific focus.

Straightforward Participant Support

Our enquiry process is simple. We answer questions before, during, and after your session through a single point of contact — no automated queues or ticketing systems. If you have a follow-up question about something covered in a session, you can email or call and receive a direct, human response.

Transparent Pricing, No Hidden Costs

Programme fees are fixed and published: ฿3,740 for the Orientation, ฿7,140 for the Cataloguing Workshop, and ฿11,560 for the Family-Business Continuity Programme. All materials, refreshments, and session costs are included. There are no follow-on fees or membership requirements.

What Participants Walk Away With

Every Bequesta participant leaves with something tangible: a checklist of record categories, a set of labelling and storage templates, or a facilitation guide for business continuity conversations. The point is that the knowledge becomes yours — not locked into a platform or subscription.

How We Compare

Bequesta vs Typical Approaches

Most people exploring estate organisation either turn to a solicitor (expensive, advice-focused) or look for information online (fragmented, unverified). Bequesta sits clearly in between.

What you're looking for Typical alternatives Bequesta
Clear, jargon-free explanations Often technical or legal Plain language throughout
Take-home materials to use independently Usually not included Included in every programme
No upselling during or after Often leads to paid services Policy of no follow-on selling
Bangkok-specific content Often generic or UK/US based Developed for Thai context
No regulatory advice or commitments Varies widely Purely educational, stated clearly
Fixed, published pricing Often hourly or unclear All-inclusive session fee

What Sets Us Apart

Distinctive Features of Our Programmes

Thailand-Specific Document Frameworks

We cover Thai household registration (tabien baan), land title types common in Bangkok, and bilingual record management — content you will not find in standard international estate education.

Family-Business Focus as a Separate Stream

The Continuity Information Programme is not an add-on to the household sessions. It was designed specifically for business contexts — with its own structure, materials, and facilitation approach.

Two-Session Design for Business Programme

The family-business programme is split across two sessions with a week in between. That gap is intentional — it gives participants time to reflect, consult internally, and arrive at the second session with more considered questions.

Direct Human Correspondence

Enquiries go directly to our team. We do not use automated response systems for participant questions. If you need clarification before or after a session, you will hear from a real person familiar with the programme.
